Cooking Courses @ Scuola Toscana

A good idea on autumn days is to attend an italian + wine and cooking course.
In Florence you learn (or perfect) your Italian language, than your cooking techniques with our chef – perhaps you want to learn the recipe for a dish like this ‘castagnaccio’ (chestnut cake), which is typical of the season.

then we travel for an afternoon visit to the Chianti area, to taste the ‘novello’ (just harvested wine) – or some more serious wine – if you prefere.
