This is the main tool in our “war room”: our pinboard.

It basicly works like this:
the things we write are the things which do not find a place in the agenda (we must not do these things today or tomorrow, but soon or later we have to do them)
the papers we (magnetically) pins are the docs we need to get in five seconds time (therefore cannot stay in the regular,messy trays)
the paying slips are the ones we have to pay even if we do not like to.

Our pinboard is both a reassuring and a bothering view…
